At Molly Wilcock Jewellery, practicality and longevity is at the heart of our design and making process, however over time jewellery is susceptible to tarnish and general wear and tear. All Molly Wilcock Jewellery products will have a 6 month warranty from the purchase date. We do not cover for product loss, accidental damage, or faded plating from wear and tear. We assess all jewellery on return and will confirm if there was a fault with the jewellery.
If the purchase was made within 14 days, we will offer you the option of a refund, replacement or repair. Please note, Molly Wilcock Jewellery does NOT cover the return postage cost of an item you are refunding. If a refund of the product is applicable, we will refund the postage costs you paid on your initial order.
After the 14 days, we will offer you either a repair or a replacement of the faulty item. We do NOT cover the cost of return postage, but we will dispatch the repair/replacement free of charge, providing it falls under warranty.
Please note, your warranty is immediately invalidated if a third-party has altered/worked on any Molly Wilcock Jewellery piece, this means we can only repair the item at a charge, providing repair is feesable.
Once your warranty has expired, we will happily repair any Molly Wilcock Jewellery pieces that require it. We can offer replating, resizing rings, chain replacements, stone replacements, polishing, etc. We do charge for repairs, however we try to keep these costs as low as possible, only charging for materials and labour taken to complete the repair, as well as postage costs. The beauty of jewellery is that it can be repaired and remodelled, and helps with our sustainability mission of making with a purpose.
